3. Appoint the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic official representatives of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to approval of immigration quota to 2004 in General Court of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.
