This Provision is developed according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About medicines".
The provision determines single procedure for holding the simplified procedure of state registration of domestic, foreign medicines and medicines of CIS and Baltic countries in the Kyrgyz Republic.
1. State registration of medicines within the simplified procedure is carried out by Department of provision of medicines and medical equipment under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Department).
2. The simplified procedure can be applied by Department if the reproduced medicine equivalent to the original medicine which is already registered in the Kyrgyz Republic which is perhaps made on other technology or with other composition of excipients is registered.
