the resolution of the State boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2009 No. 8/12 "About approval of the Standard instruction about order of interaction of bodies of the border service and customs authorities in cases of illegal departure of vehicles, departure (exit) of physical persons or threats of such departure (exit) from the check point territory through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 68, 8/20592);
