About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2007 No. 55
Based on the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 17, 2011 No. 472 "About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 1998 No. 369 and of July 16, 2007 No. 318" and subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 981 "Questions of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus", the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2007 No. 55 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for submission of information on technical regulatory legal acts for forming of National fund of technical regulatory legal acts and single reference databank of legal information" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 276, 8/17418) the following changes:
1.1. in the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word of "single reference databank of legal information" shall be replaced with words "reference databank of legal information of the Republic of Belarus";
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for submission of information on technical regulatory legal acts for forming of National fund of technical regulatory legal acts and single reference databank of the legal information approved by this resolution:
1.2.1. in the name of the word of "single reference databank of legal information" shall be replaced with words "reference databank of legal information of the Republic of Belarus";
