About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2005 No. 48
Based on subitem 8.6 of Item 8 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228 "About some questions of customs authorities" the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2005 No. 48 "About features of customs clearance and customs control of specific goods" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 126, 8/12989; No. 190, 8/13428; 2007, No. 106, 8/16260) following changes:
1.1. declare Item 1 invalid;
1.2. exclude Items 2 and 5;
1.3. state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. To chiefs of customs taking into account operating time, loading, frequency and the frequency of making of customs transactions concerning specific goods to appoint officials of the corresponding Items of customs clearance authorized on making of customs transactions of the specified goods having the admission to the state secrets.";
1.4. in Item 10 of the word "Goshina V. A." shall be replaced with words "on activity.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
