About approval of Rules of use of useful properties of the woods

According to Item 49 of the Procedure for the special use of forest resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 23, 2007 No. 761, subitem 7.174 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 23, 2011 No. 500, and the subitem 3 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State agency of forest resources of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 458, I ORDER:

1. Approve Rules of use of useful properties of the woods which are attached.

2. To department of agriculture (Demidov O. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.

Rules of use of useful properties of the woods

I. General provisions
