According to Articles 7, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for carrying out transactions on realization of commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, souvenirs the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 33 and 42 Laws of Ukraine
1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about the organization of production, release into the stream of commerce and realization of commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, the souvenirs approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 30.05.2012 No. 213, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 22.06.2012 for No. 1044/21356, which are applied.
2. To general department of regulation of money turnover (Nesterenko V. M.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to permission of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and structural units for use in work.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Rychakivskaya V. I.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
