About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 31, 2012 No. 32 "About approval of Rules on notarial clerical work"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 31, 2012 No. 32 "About approval of Rules on notarial clerical work" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 7445, published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of May 26, 2012, No. 154-156 (26973-26975) following change and amendment:

in the Rules on notarial clerical work approved by the specified order:

state Item 65 in the following edition:

"65. The seal of the private notary is made in compliance with the sketch of seal of the private notary, in form according to appendix 16-1 to these rules.";

add with appendix 16-1 in edition according to appendix to this order;

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About seal of the private notary", No. 16 approved on February 24, 1999 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 702).

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of Committee of registration service and rendering the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to legal assistance.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
