About modification and amendments in some legal acts

Art. I. - In Item 2) article 24 of the Law on the Government No. 64-XII of May 31, 1990 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 131133, the Art. 1018), with subsequent changes to exclude the words "Center for Fight against Economic Crimes and Corruption".
Art. II. - In article 10 of the Law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845-XII of January 3, 1992 (Monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 2, of the Art. 33), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Art. III. - In all text of the Law on provision of pensions of the military personnel and persons of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies No. 1544-XII of June 23, 1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 247-251, of the Art. 752), with subsequent changes, the words "Center for Fight against Economic Crimes and Corruption" shall be replaced with words "The national center for fight against corruption" in the corresponding case.
Art. IV. - In all text of the Law on financial institutions No. 550-XIII of July 21, 1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 78-81, of the Art. 199), with subsequent changes, the words "Center for Fight against Economic Crimes and Corruption" shall be replaced with words "The national center for fight against corruption" in the corresponding case.
Art. V. - In the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In part (1) Article 131 of the word "Center for Fight against Economic Crimes and Corruption", to exclude.
2. Recognize Article 1531 invalid.
3. In Article 241:
in part (1) words of "The center for fight against economic crimes and corruption" shall be replaced with words "Ministries of Internal Affairs";
part (to state 2) in the following edition:
"(2) to Consider cases on tax offenses and to apply tax sanctions on behalf of authorized bodies the Minister of Internal Affairs, the chief and the deputy chief of Department of police, chiefs and deputy heads of department and specialized departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are competent management of tax authority.".
4. In part (1) Article 245 of the word of "The center for fight against economic crimes and corruption" shall be replaced with words "Ministries of Internal Affairs".
5. In part (2) Article 251 of the word "to bodies of the Center for fight against economic crimes and corruption." shall be replaced with words "to criminal prosecution authorities according to competence.".
Ст.VI. - In part (1) article 30 of the Law on enforcement of Sections I and II of the Tax code No. 1164-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes, the words "Center for Fight against Economic Crimes and Corruption" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Internal Affairs".
Art. VII. - In Item 19 of appendix to the Law on administrative court No. 793-XIV of February 10, 2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of October 3, 2006), with subsequent changes shall be replaced with words words of "The center for fight against economic crimes and corruption" "The national center for fight against corruption".
Art. VIII. - In all text of the Law on judicial examination, scientific and technical and medicolegal researches No. 1086-XIV of June 23, 2000 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, No. 144-145, of the Art. 1056), with subsequent changes, the words "Center for Fight against Economic Crimes and Corruption" shall be replaced with words "The national center for fight against corruption" in the corresponding case.
