For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.4 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About donorship of blood, components of blood and service of blood" of July 18, 2005 the No. 263 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Procedure and conditions of paid donorship of blood, blood components" it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Procedure and conditions of paid donorship of blood, blood components

1. This Procedure No. 263 is developed according to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About donorship of blood, components of blood and service of blood" of July 18, 2005 and determines procedure and conditions of paid donorship of blood, blood components.

2. In cases of impossibility of satisfaction in full the needs for blood, blood components (in case of urgent and urgent need for donor blood) can be used services of paid donors.

3. In case of urgent and urgent need for donor blood the donors receiving payment for the taken blood test are invited in organization of service of blood (bank of blood) by the ranking officer at the call of donors and in the appropriate order take blood test.

4. The services of blood (bank of blood) which are regularly taking blood test donors staying on the registry in organization, having filed petition to management of organization, with the consent of management are accepted as paid donors.
