Regulations on National council on fair management

I. General provisions

1. The national council on fair management (daleenatsionalny council) is the advisory advisory body performing forming and implementation of the new mechanisms providing fair, open and responsible management for the purpose of realization of the state anti-corruption policy.

The national council performs the activities on the basis of close interaction with state bodies, local self-government, non-governmental organizations, private sector and the international organizations.

2. Regulations on National council on fair management, its staff and number affirm the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. The national council operates on the principles:

- equality and justice;

- respectability, impartiality, transparency and responsibility for results of the activities;

- equal rights of members of National council;

- legality of implementation of the activities;

- professionalism.

4. The national council performs the activities on the basis of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, this provision, on a voluntary basis.

In the activities the National council is responsible before the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and is accountable to it.
