About modification of the Regulations on licensing of educational activities

Add Item 5 of the Regulations on licensing of educational activities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 2011 N 174 (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, N 12, the Art. 1651), the subitem "e" of the following content:
"e) availability at the licensee according to the educational programs realized according to the license using exclusively electronic training, remote educational technologies of conditions for functioning of the electronic information and education circle including electronic information resources, electronic educational resources, set of information technologies, telecommunication technologies and the appropriate technological means and providing development by students irrespective of their location of educational programs in full.".
