About entering of amendments and changes into some resolutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations of temporary detention centers of the law-enforcement bodies approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2003 No. 234 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 127, 8/10172; 2009, No. 44, 8/20393; 2010, No. 82, 8/22088):

1.1.1. Item 1 after words "The code of penal procedure of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Code of Criminal Procedure)" to add with words "The penitentiary code of the Republic of Belarus (further - WICK)";

1.1.2. in Item 5:
