About approval of form of the service record, insert form in the service record and the Procedure for maintaining service records

According to Item 2 of Article 128 of the Labor code of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- form of the service record and form of the insert in the service record;

- Procedure for maintaining service records.

2. Determine that:

- service records of new sample become effective since October 1, 2005;

- the service records of earlier established sample which are available for workers are valid also to exchange for new are not subject.

3. To authorized state body in the field of work:

a) make samples of the service record and insert in it, and also to approve technical requirements to production of their forms;

b) provide on tender basis production on single sample of forms of the service record and insert in it according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

c) approve procedure for providing employers with forms of the service record and insert in it;

d) together with State commission under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the antimonopoly policy to establish procedure of payments for production, mailing and issue of forms of the service record and insert in it;

e) approve the instruction for filling of service records;

e) provide proper control of timely and correct maintaining and storage of service records;

g) carry out explanatory work on questions of application of the Procedure for the maintaining service records approved by this resolution.

4. Irrespective of patterns of ownership to provide to the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments, state commissions, organizations, the companies and the organizations:

a) strict observance of this Procedure for maintaining service records;
