About approval of the Regulations on payment procedure of insurance premiums by acquisition of insurance policies

For more complete scope the personified accounting and the attraction to payment of insurance premiums of the citizens occupied with individual business activity on patent basis, and also providing themselves with work independently and which is not covered by the national social insurance and also for the purpose of realization of the right of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, foreign citizens and stateless persons on voluntary payment of insurance premiums, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on payment procedure of insurance premiums by acquisition of insurance policies.

2. Publish this Provision in mass media.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 25, 2000 of N100 "About Approval of the Regulations on Payment Procedure of Insurance Premiums by Acquisition of Insurance Policies".

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of welfare development of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
