The state boundary committee of the Republic of Belarus and the Border service of the Republic of Moldova which are hereinafter referred to as "Party"

according to the conventional principles of international law;

expressing desire to develop friendship and to perform cooperation in the field of supervision and control (protection) of border, and also ensuring boundary safety, being effective within the competence;

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties, taking into account mutual interests and according to the national legal system of the states, will perform cooperation on the following questions:

1. Carrying out boundary policy.

2. Cooperation within the international (specialized) organizations.

3. Increase in professional level of personnel of the Parties, and also development of bilateral cooperation between educational institutions of the Parties.

4. Experience exchange in the following directions:

4.1. aircraft of bodies of the border service;

4.2. implementation of office activities at check points;

4.3. identification and examination of forgery documents;

4.4. cynology and training of guard dogs;

4.5. operational search activities;

4.6. enhancement of material and technical resources;

4.7. legal support of office activities;

4.8 other questions which are of mutual interest.

Article 2

For the purpose of implementation of this agreement of the Party:

1. exchange the official (open) information which is of mutual interest;

2. hold joint consultations on the questions which are of mutual interest;

3. organize official, including expert visits;

4. organize conferences, seminars, actions for increase in professional level, and also other necessary training actions;

5. participate in the training actions of the Parties and the approved transactions of the Parties;

6. take part in joint international projects;

7. perform experience exchange between educational institutions on preparation of the training programs.
