For the purpose of implementation of the Regional project on upgrade of Customs Service and development of infrastructure (the credit of ABR No. 2113-KGZ), implementation of the main functional systems of the Single Automated Information System (SAIS), forming of system of databases, creations of conditions for submission of data and processing of customs declarations in electronic form the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for filling of the cargo customs declaration and Instruction about procedure for filling of the transit declaration" of June 28, 2012 No. 453 the following change:

- state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. This resolution becomes effective:

- since October 1, 2012 - for the purposes of declaration of goods and vehicles and application by Manas customs, Central and railway customs "Severnaya", except for Item 2, which becomes effective since January 1, 2013;

- since January 1, 2013 - for the purposes of declaration of goods and vehicles and application of the Kyrgyz Republic by all customs authorities and in all territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
