I. In the Law of Turkmenistan "About prosecutor's office of Turkmenistan", adopted on August 15, 2009 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2009, No. 3, Art. 51; 2010, No. 1, Art. 1; 2011, No. 1, of the Art. 22) to make the following change:
to state part one of Article 18 in the following edition:
