Article 1. Bring in the Air code of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 7, 1993 No. 863-XII (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1993, No. 6, Art. 247; Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1998, No. 3, Art. 38; 2000, No. 5-6, of Art. 153; 2003, No. 5, Art. 67; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, No. 7, Art. 350) following changes and amendments:
To add 1) with Article 37-1 of the following content:
"Article 37-1. Maintenance of aircrafts
Maintenance of aircrafts is carried out based on the certificate of the organization for maintenance of aircrafts issued by Aviation administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The procedure for issue of the certificate of the organization for maintenance of aircrafts is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan";
Part one of Article 43 to state 2) in the following edition:
"The aircraft of the Republic of Uzbekistan can be leased (with crew or without crew) to the foreign operator in the presence of the lease agreement between the owner of the aircraft and future operator with transfer of the appropriate rights and obligations to it. The aviation administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure can sign the agreement with competent authority of foreign state for the purpose of transfer of certain obligations to it on control of operation of the leased aircraft";
The text of Article 54 to state 3) in the following edition:
"The airspace of the Republic of Uzbekistan is classified according to requirements of international standards and according to the procedure, the determined Regulations on use of airspace of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
