About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of activities of prosecutor's office

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

Shall be replaced with words 1) in part one of Article 15 of the word "or protest, instruction or representation of the prosecutor" "or representations of the prosecutor";

2) in Article 185-6:

in the name of the word "protest, or" to exclude instructions;

in the paragraph the second part one and the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts two of the word "from five to eight" "from twenty to fifty";

word part two in paragraph one "protest, or" and the words "protest or instruction" to exclude instructions;

3) in Article 185-8:

state part one in such edition:

"Failure to carry out by the official of legal requirements of the prosecutor

involves imposing of penalty from twenty to forty tax-free minima income of citizens";

to state paragraph two of part two in such edition:

"involves imposing of penalty on citizens from twenty to fifty tax-free minima income of citizens, and on officials - from forty to eighty tax-free minima income of citizens";

The word "protest" shall be replaced with words 4) in Article 250 part one "bring representation, appeal", and to exclude the words "stop accomplishment of the resolution";

To exclude 5) in part two of Article 267 of the word "or protest", and after the words "about administrative offenses" to add with the words "or introduction of representation of the prosecutor";
