According to subitem 7.155 of the subitem 7 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 23, 2011 No. 500, for the purpose of expense reduction of public funds for implementation of issue of the Certificate of origin of forest products and the timber made of them for implementation of export transactions and non-admission of stop of export of forest product due to the lack of financing of production of forms of this Certificate by printing method I ORDER:

1. No. 528, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on September 26, 2007 for No. 1111/14378, to exclude paragraph two of Item 1 of the Instruction for filling of form of the Certificate of origin of forest products and the timber made of them for implementation of export transactions, Ukraine approved by the order of the State committee of forestry of September 07, 2007.

2. To department of agriculture (Demidov O. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Senya O. V.
