About modification and amendments in the Rehabilitation act of the victims of political repressions No. 1225-XII of December 8, 1992

Art. I. - In the Rehabilitation act of the victims of political repressions No. 1225-XII of December 8, 1992 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 241 - 246, the Art. 746), with subsequent changes to make the following change and addition:
1. The sixth Article 12 to state part in the following edition:
"Return of property, cost recovery of property which cannot be returned are performed based on the statement at the expense of means of the government budget, by budget contribution of administrative and territorial units of the second level and the budget of municipium of Belts. Statements for return of property or compensation of its cost are considered by the commissions which are specially created for this purpose. The procedure for cost recovery of property by payment of compensations to persons which underwent to political repressions affirms the Government.".
2. Add Article 121 with part two of the following content:
"The citizens of the Republic of Moldova living in settlements of left bank of Dniester (Transnistria) can submit applications to the special commissions created in the areas adjacent to administrative border of the respective settlements, in the following procedure: in the special commission of the area Rubber - the citizens living in Rybnitsky and Kamensk districts; in the special commission of the area Dubesar - the citizens living in Dubesarsky and Grigoriopolsky districts; in the special commission of the area Aneny Noy - the citizens living in municipium Tiraspol, Bender's municipium and Sloboziysky district.".
Art. II. - To the government in three-months time to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
