1) the paragraph of the sixth of item 4 of article 3 after words of "Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation" to add with words "management officials of subjects of the Russian Federation (heads of the supreme executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation),";

The subitem "l" of Item 2 of Article 21 to declare 2) invalid;

3) Article 26.1 to recognize invalid;

Item 1 of Article 37 to add 4) with the subitem "1" the following content:
