About approval of the Procedure for the direction of receipts from realization of material values of the state reserve, razbronirovanny material values of mobilization reserve and material values of the state reserve of medical appointment in the Government budget of Ukraine in 2012

According to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012", for the purpose of implementation of timely and complete transfer of means in the government budget we ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for the direction of receipts from realization of material values of the state reserve, razbronirovanny material values of mobilization reserve and material values of the state reserve of medical appointment in the Government budget of Ukraine in 2012 which is applied.

2. To department of economy of defense and (Nebotov P. G.) in accordance with the established procedure to ensure safety of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the State agency of reserve of Ukraine Lelyuk O. V. and the Chairman of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine Harchenko S. I.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
