Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Commission on assignment of classes to the members of council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus performing the powers on professional basis and government employees of the Secretariat of Council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus.

Regulations on the Commission on assignment of classes to the members of council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus performing the powers on professional basis and government employees of the Secretariat of Council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus

I. General provisions

1. This Provision is developed according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2003 No. 204-Z "About public service in the Republic of Belarus".

2. This Provision determines procedure for creation and activities of the Commission on assignment of classes to the members of council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus performing the powers on professional basis and government employees of the Secretariat of Council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Commission on assignment of classes by the government employee).
