About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2006 No. 277

For the purpose of enhancement of the legislation concerning functioning of the security market I decide:

1. Bring in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2006 No. 277 "About some questions of regulation of the security market" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 71, 1/7529; 2008, No. 83, 1/9602; 2010, No. 3, 1/11258; No. 275, 1/12092; 2011, No. 99, 1/12797; 2012, No. 47, 1/13448) following changes and amendment:

1.1. in parts one and the second subitem 1.42 of the word "the legal entities included in the list providing functioning of strategically significant industries of economy and (or) other important state requirements approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in coordination with the President of the Republic of Belarus, and shares of the joint-stock companies processing agricultural products" shall be replaced with words "specified in part one of subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 16, 2006 to No. 677 "About some questions of the order by the property which is in utility property and property acquisitions in property of administrative and territorial units" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 189, 1/8083)";

1.2. the eighth subitem 1.7 after the words "with the legal entity" to add part with the words "Republic of Belarus";

1.3. in part four of subitem 1.10 of the word of "one year" shall be replaced with words "two years".

2. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective in three months after its official publication, except for Item 2 and 3 of this Item, becoming effective from the date of signing of this Decree.
