About entering of amendments into some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on political parties No. 294-XVI of December 21, 2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 42-44, of the Art. 119), with subsequent changes, to make the following additions:

1. Add Article 4 with part (5) the following content:

"(5) Are prohibited use of symbolics of totalitarian communist regime by political parties (sickle and hammer, any carrier with such symbolics), and also promotion of totalitarian ideologies.".

2. Part (Article 22 to add 1) with Item е) the following content:

"e) assignment of punishment for the repeated offense connected with violation of provisions of this law.".

Art. II. - The code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (2009, No. 3-6, of the Art. 15), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with article 67/1 of the following content:

"Article 67/1. Promotion and/or use in the territory of the Republic of Moldova of symbolics of totalitarian communist regime and promotion of totalitarian ideologies

Promotion and/or use in the territory of the Republic of Moldova in the political and propaganda goals of symbolics of totalitarian communist regime (sickle and hammer, any carrier with such symbolics), and also promotion of totalitarian ideologies

attract imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 100 to 150 conventional units, and on officials and legal entities in the amount of 300 to 500 conventional units.".

Art. III. - Article 3 of the Law on freedom of expression of opinion No. 64 of April 23, 2010 (2010, No. 117-118, of the Art. 355), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (4/1) of the following content:
