Item 10 of Rules of training of the military personnel passing military service under the contract (except for officers), in state and municipal educational institutions of the higher and secondary professional education and on preparatory departments (rates) of the federal public educational institutions of higher professional training approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 7, 2006 N 78 "About procedure for training of the military personnel passing military service under the contract (except for officers), in state and municipal educational institutions of the higher and secondary professional education and on preparatory departments (rates) of federal public educational institutions of higher professional training" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, N 7, Art. 789; 2007, N 37, the Art. 4452) to declare invalid.

This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2012, and concerning persons specified regarding the 4th article 12 of the Federal Law "About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation and recognition voided separate provisions of legal acts of the Russian Federation in connection with adoption of the Federal Law "About Cash Allowance of the Military Personnel and Provision of Separate Payments by It" and the Federal Law "About Social Guarantees to the Staff of Law-enforcement Bodies of the Russian Federation and Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation", is applied since January 1, 2013.
