1. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation:

a) distribute till October 10, 2012 the tariff quota established for 2012 by the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 23, 2012 N 142 "About establishment of the tariff quota and amount of the tariff quota on import of separate types of whey to single customs area of the Customs union" (further - the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission) concerning some types of whey and modified whey, in powder, granules or in other firm types, without addition of sugar or other edulcorant substances (the FEACN CU codes 0404 10 120 1 and 0404 10 160 1) (further - whey), between participants of foreign economic activity, performing import to the territory of the Russian Federation of whey from May 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010 inclusive according to customs regime of release for internal consumption and from July 1, 2010 to May 31, 2012 inclusive - according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption it is pro rata to the whey amounts imported from May 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010 inclusive according to customs regime of release for internal consumption and from July 1, 2010 to May 31, 2012 inclusive - according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption, except for the whey occurring and imported from the State Parties of the CIS;
