About modification and amendments in the Code of television and radio of the Republic of Moldova No. 260-XVI of July 27, 2006

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Code of television and radio of the Republic of Moldova No. 260-XVI of July 27, 2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 131-133, of the Art. 679), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

"(2) the Broadcasting organizations has the right to provide broadcasting time allowed to advertizing or teletrade, only television channels on which they have the license for broadcasting, with observance of requirements of this Code.

(3) Distributors of programs have no right to place advertizing filmlets or TV shop in the relayed program complexes. Since July 1, 2013 distributors of programs block advertizing filmlets and TV shop in the relayed foreign program complexes.";
