About statement of the Prime contractor, the List and amount of imported goods for construction of the five-stars hotel "Ismoili Somoni" which is on Prospekt Rudaki

1. Approve as the Prime contractor of construction of the five-stars hotel "Ismoili Somoni" which is on Prospekt Rudaki, the Evermas Ltd Company.

2. Approve the List and amount of imported goods for construction of the five-stars hotel "Ismoili Somoni" which is on Prospekt Rudaki imported by the customer Dollmark Ltd Joint-stock company and the Prime contractor - the Evermas Ltd Company in 2012, tax-exempt on value added according to appendix.

3. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Customs Service control and timely carrying out customs clearance of imported goods according to the approved appendix.
