1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for making of customs transactions concerning the goods for private use moved with physical persons through customs border, and reflection of the fact of recognition of such goods not being under customs control, approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 N 311, of change according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
