For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Art. VII of the Law No. 160 of July 5, 2012 on modification, amendments and recognition voided some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 160-164, of the Art. 541) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 761 of July 31, 2000. "About address compensations for some categories of the population" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, No. 94 - 97, Art. 849), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

1) in the Resolution:

a) state preamble in the following edition:

"In pursuance of the Law No. 160 of July 5, 2012 on modification, amendments and recognition voided some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 160-164, of the Art. 541) DECIDES: the Government of the Republic of Moldova";
