About modification of appendix No. 6 to the Order of the Government No. 650 of June 12, 2006

The government decides:

1. In appendix No. 6 to the Order of the Government No. 650 of June 12, 2006 "About compensation of the military personnel, the private and the commanding structure of bodies of national defense, state security, public order and law enforcement agencies" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 91-94, of the Art. 692), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

To replace 1) in Item 3 of figure "30" and "15" respectively with figures "50" and "35";

To exclude 2) in Item 5 of the word "serving in special forces and";

Item 6 to state 3) in the following edition:

"6. And in the conditions connected with human factor the allowance at the rate to 25% of official pay rate is paid to the faces of the private and the commanding structure serving in adverse conditions."

2. Provisions of this Resolution become effective since January 1, 2013.

3. Determine that the expenses connected with enforcement of this Resolution become covered at the expense of the budgetary funds allocated for the corresponding year.
