1. Subitem 2.2.5 of the Procedure for issue of permissions to opening of accounts abroad approved by Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on March 28, 1998 N 390 (рег. N 610 of January 22, 1999) (1999, N 1) to declare the bulletin of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan invalid.
2. This resolution is approved with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
