About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2008 No. 219 "About approval of regulations in the field of industrial safety"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2008 No. 219 "About approval of regulations in the field of industrial safety" the following changes:
in Requirements of industrial safety in case of development of the oil and gas fields approved by the specified order:
state Item 49 in the following edition:
"49. In case of determination of possibility of prolongation of terms of safe operation of technical devices, the equipment, buildings and constructions to assessment of their technical condition the certified organizations are attracted.";
state Item 282 in the following edition:
"282. In case of operation of gushing and gas-lift wells discharge lines are equipped with the electrocontact manometers and locking devices automatically blocking flow of formation fluid from well in case of increase in pressure or emergency rezgermetization.
The discharge pipelines of wells operated by the mechanized method are equipped with the electrocontact manometers providing possibility of safe shutdown of the pumping equipment of well in emergency.".
2. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of Committee on the state control of emergency situations and industrial safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kunanbayev N. S.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
