Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of May 19, 1995 N 82-FZ "About public associations" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, N 21, Art. 1930; 1998, N 30, Art. 3608; 2002, N 11, Art. 1018; N 12, of Art. 1093; 2003, N 50, Art. 4855; 2004, N 27, Art. 2711; 2006, N 3, Art. 282; 2008, N 30, Art. 3616; 2010, N 21, Art. 2526; 2011, N 27, Art. 3880) following changes:

Part the sixth Article 21 to add 1) with Item 9 of the following content:

"9) the statement for inclusion of public association in stipulated in Item the 10th article 13.1 of the Federal Law of January 12, 1996 N 7-FZ "About non-profit organizations" (further - the Federal Law "About Non-profit Organizations") the register of the non-profit organizations performing functions of the foreign agent, - for public associations, being legal entities, receiving money and other property from foreign sources which are specified in Item 6 of article 2 of the Federal law "About Non-profit Organizations", and participating in the political activities performed in the territory of the Russian Federation.";

2) in Article 29:

a) to state the paragraph of the eighth part one in the following edition:

"inform federal body of state registration on amount of money and other property, received from foreign sources which are specified in Item 6 of article 2 of the Federal law "About Non-profit Organizations", about the purposes of expenditure of this money and uses of other property and about their actual expenditure and use in form and in terms which are established by authorized federal executive body.";
