Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation for the purpose of increase in availability of energy infrastructure

1. In Rules of technological connection of power receiving devices of consumers of electrical energy, facilities for production of electrical energy, and also the objects of electric grid economy belonging to the network organizations and other persons, to power networks, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2004 N 861 (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, N 52, Art. 5525; 2007, N 14, Art. 1687; 2009, N 17, Art. 2088; 2010, N 40, Art. 5086; 2011, N 10, Art. 1406; 2012, N 4, Art. 504; N 23, of the Art. 3008):

a) in Item 12 (the words "to 100 kW inclusive" shall be replaced with words 1) "to 150 kW inclusive";

b) add with Item 12 (2) the following content:

"12(2). Stipulated in Item 12(1) these rules applicants whose maximum capacity of power receiving devices makes over 15 and to 150 kW inclusive (taking into account the power receiving devices which are earlier attached in this point of accession), in case of desire to use interest-free payment by installments of payment for technological accession specify about it in the request directed by them.";

c) in Item 15:

in paragraph four of the word "to 100 kW inclusive" shall be replaced with words "up to 150 kW inclusive";
