approve the enclosed Changes which are made to the Regulations of Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation approved by the order of Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation of August 18, 2009 N 47 "About approval of regulations of Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on October 1, 2009, registration N 14928) with the changes made by orders of Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation of September 20, 2010 in N 54 N (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on October 27, 2010, registration N 18834) and of September 16, 2011 N 18 N (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on October 18, 2011, registration N 22079).

Changes which are made to Regulations of Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation
