About modification of regulations of food supply of the military personnel and some other categories of persons of peace time

1. Add Item 1 of notes to regulation N 1 (general ration) regulations of food supply of the military personnel and some other categories of faces in peace time approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2007 N 946 "About food supply of the military personnel and some other categories of persons, and also about providing with forages (products) regular animal military units and organizations in peace time" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, N 2, Art. 80; N 50, of Art. 5959; 2011, N 51, Art. 7526), subitem "x" of the following content:

"x) the staff of law-enforcement bodies serving during action of emergency state, during counter-terrorist operation in the conditions of armed conflict, in case of mitigation of consequences of accidents, catastrophic crashes of natural and technogenic nature and other emergency situations.".

2. To perform financial provision of the expenses following from this resolution within the budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on the current content of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year.
