About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the Regulations of the Government of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 1, 2004 N 260 (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, N 23, Art. 2313; 2007, N 32, Art. 4150; 2009, N 11, Art. 1302; N 19, of Art. 2346; 2011, N 28, Art. 4219; N 41, of the Art. 5743):

a) the ninth Item 84 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Lists of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of the Federal Law include names of projects of regulatory legal acts, reasons for need of their preparation, approximate term of preparation, the short description of each act (the purpose, subject and content of legal regulation), and also data on federal executive bodies or the organizations - the head contractor and collaborators on project development of the specified acts.";

b) add the Section VI with subsection of the following content:

"Procedure for preparation of projects of the regulatory legal acts of the Government necessary for implementation of the Federal Laws

91(1) From the date of acceptance at meeting of the Government of the decision on entering of the federal law draft by the Government into the State Duma federal executive body or the organization - the head contractor on project development of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of the relevant Federal Law, begins preparation of the specified projects of regulatory legal acts.
