About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012" concerning increase in amount of salary expenditures to employees of the coal-mining companies

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 34-35, of Art. 414; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of April 12, 2012 No. 4647VI of May 24, 2012 No. 4866-VI, of June 8, 2012 No. 4961-VI, of June 19, 2012 No. 4968-VI, of June 21, 2012 No. 4994-VI, of June 22, 2012 No. 5022-VI, of July 4, 2012 No. 5183-VI, No. 5185-VI, No. 5186-VI and No. 5187-VI, of July 30, 2012 No. 5189-VI, No. 5190-VI and No. 5191-VI and of September 6, 2012 No. 5234-VI, No. 5235-VI and No. 5236-VI) such changes:

1) in Article 1:

in part two of figure "396.732.011,9" and "344.890.829,4" to replace respectively with figures "398.832.011,9" and "346.990.829,4";

in part four of figure "25.129.484,1" and "21.244.850,8" to replace respectively with figures "27.229.484,1" and "23.344.850,8";

To replace 2) in article 17 of figure "12.000.000" with figures "9.900.000";

3) to make changes to appendices No. 2 and No. 3 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012" according to appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to this Law.

2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
