About approval of Changes to the Technique of calculation of comprehensive income of family for all types of the public assistance
According to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 389, and for the purpose of strengthening of social protection of the most unprotected segments of the population we ORDER:
1. Approve Changes to the Technique of calculation of comprehensive income of family for all types of the public assistance approved by the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the State committee of statistics of Ukraine, the State committee of youth policy, sport and tourism of Ukraine of November 15, 2001 No. 486/202/524/455/3370, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on February 07, 2002 for No. 112/6400 (with changes) which are applied.
2. (Mushchinin V. V.) to provide to department of the government public assistance of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers according to distribution of functional obligations.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
