According to the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", the subitem 4 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, and for the purpose of ensuring equal rights and legitimate interests of subjects of managing which perform activities for wholesale, retail trade by medicines I ORDER:

1. Make to the section ІІ Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on production of the medicines, wholesale, retail trade by medicines approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of October 31, 2011 No. 723, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 07, 2011 for No. 1420/20158, such change:

"2.12. On building facade where pharmaceutical institution is placed, according to its appointment there shall be sign with indication of institution type. In a visible place before entrance to pharmaceutical institution information on the name of the subject of managing, operating mode of pharmaceutical institution and information on the location of the person on duty (round-the-clock) and next drugstores is placed.

In the name of pharmaceutical institution, in sign for goods and services under which pharmaceutical institution carries out the activities in signs and outdoor advertizing of pharmaceutical institutions any data which contain approvals concerning level or other sign of the prices and social orientation of pharmaceutical institution which can influence intentions of consumers concerning purchase of goods in such pharmaceutical institution are not allowed.
