For the purpose of realization of item 4 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2005 N 866 "About marking of alcoholic products excise stamps" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, N 3, the Art. 300, N 32, Art. 3569; 2007, N 44, Art. 5373; 2009, N 4, Art. 505; 2010, N 12, Art. 1335; 2012, N 32, 4563) I order to the Art.:

1. Approve the application form about issue of excise stamps according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to chiefs of regional customs authorities and customs bringing this order to data of interested persons.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the first deputy head of FCS of Russia V. M. Malinin.

4. This order becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.
