For the purpose of improvement of quality of the treatment-and-prophylactic help to the population of the Kyrgyz Republic, rational use of medicines and products of medical appointment the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the List of the vital medicines in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of the vital medicines of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 20, 2009 No. 187.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
