Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 N 244-FZ "About state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings and about modification of some legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 1, Art. 7; 2009, N 30, Art. 3737; 2010, N 17, Art. 1987; 2011, N 24, Art. 3358; N 30, of Art. 4590; N 48, of the Art. 6728) following changes:

Part 10 of Article 6 to state 1) in the following edition:

"10. For the purpose of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of participants of gamblings implementation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings in bookmaker office or totalizator is allowed only in the presence at the organizer of gamblings in bookmaker office or totalizator of the bank guarantee of obligation fulfillment before participants of gamblings. The bank can only be the guarantor who provided the bank guarantee. Effective period of the bank guarantee cannot be less than five years. The bank guarantee is prolonged or renewed during all effective period available for the organizer of gamblings in bookmaker office or totalizator of the license for implementation of the specified activities and cannot be withdrawn, in these cases the bank guarantee for the corresponding term of its action shall be obtained by the organizer of gamblings in bookmaker office or totalizator for the day following after the termination of the duration of the agreement about provision of the bank guarantee. The size of the bank guarantee is determined in the relevant agreement and there cannot be less than 500 million rubles.";

2) in Article 8:

a) regarding 4 words "gambling equipment" in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words "gaming equipment" in the corresponding case;
