a) condemned for crimes against sexual integrity of the minors which did not reach fourteen-year age;

b) when making heavy or especially serious crime during probation period in case of the conditional condemnation appointed for making of intentional crime or during unexpired part of the penalty imposed for making of intentional crime in case of parole;

c) in case of dangerous or especially dangerous recurrence.".
