Approve Changes in the Regulations on procedure for bond issue of internal local loans approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of October 7, 2003 No. 414, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 28, 2003 for No. 982/8303 (in edition of the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of December 11, 2007 No. 2285 (with changes) which are applied.
