About introduction of amendments to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their burdenings"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Part one of article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their burdenings" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 18, Art. 141; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of July 4, 2012 No. 5037-VI) to add with paragraphs of such content:

"In case of origin, transition or the termination of the property right to the apartment house, building or construction with simultaneous origin, transition or the termination of the corporeal rights to the parcel of land on which they are located one application for state registration of the rights and their burdenings is submitted for such objects.

At the same time one application is submitted only if the rights to the apartment house, building, construction and the parcel of land on which they are located are registered concerning one person.

The procedure of several registration actions is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the procedure of state registration of the rights to real estate by one statement for state registration of the rights and their burdenings and their burdenings".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of the introduction in operation of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
